1st week of swimming lessons

Graham had his first week of swimming lessons. Besides throwing all the goggles into the pool (everyday), splashing other kids, pushing his cousin and crying out to me that he is all done and ready to go each time his turn is over, things have gone relatively well. Graham's class is at the same time as 6 of his cousins. I probably drive my sisters in law crazy because I am so nervous and worried during the whole class. Kids and water make me nervous, even if they are at swimming lessons being supervised. Graham loves the water and really likes Miss Keri. We are excited for class again next week!

Penny is 2 months old and Graham is a goof ball

Penny is getting older, 2 months to be precise. She had her check up today and she was 8 lbs. 14oz. (4.52%) and 22 inches long (29.98%). And she got 6 vaccinations (3 shots, and one orally). For some reason it has never been hard for me to see my kids get their shots. Call me a heartless mother, I don't care. I just think I am protecting you from crazy childhood diseases, you want to talk about pain let's talk about you having Rotavirus or Polio, yeah that's what I thought, we would rather have a shot.  

 We love our little Penny girl. 

 This past weekend we went to Eagle Fun Days. Here is Graham posing on a cool bench. He literally spent like 2 whole minutes crawling around on it and sitting in funny positions while Ryan took his picture. p.s. 2 minutes is a long time if you didn't know what I meant by that.

Hiking Camel's Back

 A couple Saturdays ago we hiked Camel's Back with the kiddos. Ryan and Graham took the steep route and Penny and I took the not as steep route. It was so darn hot! And having Penny in the sling made me even hotter, I felt pregnant hot again. But it was a good time.

G fell asleep on the way home. I love that he crossed his leg onto his knee.

Penny's Blessing

Ryan blessed Penny yesterday. She was so good the whole time. My sister in law Tyra, made her dress. She looked so gorgeous!

Easter

After feeding the cows, the Easter suit photo shoot and of course church we went to Ryan's parent's house on Easter for dinner and an egg hunt.

I have a hard time buying Easter baskets, Graham will forever get a sand bucket on Easter.















The egg hunt triggered the contractions. But I didn't take them seriously because I thought it was just because I was moving around a lot. Silly me.
